By participating as a volunteer at Houndstock, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are volunteering of your own free will and are not considered an employee of the event or its organizers.

You understand that event environments may include crowds, noise, weather exposure, and standing for extended periods.

You agree to follow all instructions provided by event staff and to conduct yourself in a professional, respectful manner.

You assume responsibility for your personal belongings and agree that Houndstock and its partners are not liable for lost or stolen items.

In the event of an emergency, you will follow the direction of event staff and onsite authorities.

You grant permission for any photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.
